2/ I was promised a 72hr fraud callback that never came, and a few days ago I had an email saying my line is being disconnected, despite never receiving the device. I fly abroad in 2 days. Can someone please pick this up urgently?

@O2 I switched to O2 9 days ago and have had no phone line soon after. You ported my number to a handset that was never delivered (now stuck at a depot) and locked my account for suspected fraud. I can’t receive 2FA codes, so I’m locked out of other accounts.

Wouldn’t have minded doing a night there if I had more time though
