@VerizonSupport Let’s do it please and resolve this. I’m very ill & I’ve spent more than 14 hours on this, and two screwups - the installer putting in the wrong email address, then the rude tech genius forcing another wrong email address, has worsened my cortisol so much stress. Need a CS hero.
