@FirstPortsmouth really let down by Portsmouth park & ride yesterday for the Great South Run. Hardly any buses. 3 P buses didn’t turn up from Clarence pier and Coronation Rd. took 4 hrs to get to our car, freezing post run husband whose legs seized up waiting

@WGPilluminated Just so sad and disappointed at the blatant robbery of the Windsor Illumination Trail. I feel that £112 for an hour walk round the lights is disgraceful. £3 for 2 marshmallows on a stick and £3 for a very small luke warm hot chocolate. That’s money I won’t see again 😕

@LoveWilko what’s happening? I ordered £30 worth goods 2nd Feb, received nothing. Contact customer services 17th Feb, generic response telling me they take 7 days! to reply. Heard nothing??

@SwaggerHome I ordered a desk and filing cabinet 3 months ago and starting to feel like I am not going to receive my furniture. I receive prompt email replies each time telling me I have to wait another month for the filing cabinet and no update on the desk. Feeling frustrated

@VueHelp Thank you Aishlin but it seems that there is a whole Facebook thread about the cold Newbury Vue. Other customers have complained up to a few weeks ago. Customers told by staff there that they are aware of the problem and it’s with engineers. This can’t be true as still cold!

@VueHelp not overly happy with Vue, tried booking Paddington tickets using your website and a voucher code that we had, the site crashed and took the codes which couldn’t be used again. We went to Vue Newbury yesterday and booked at the till.The auditorium was so cold not good!!!
