GOATA based movement work this week tibial rotation, ankle mobility, footwork. Boring drills, but tight ankles = shin splints and bad landings later.

I got "lucky" over a decade ago when I started targeting acceleration for 40nyard dash gains. Then I learned that "40 speed didn't matter π€," like tons say, but never came with a solution. That is why now I focus on acceleration and game speed mostly.
What people need to understand is that these kids dont spend 6-8 weeks exclusively training for the 40. Shoot, some come off a full spring workload of "getting stronger." Then travel one day and put their hand down and "start" a 40. Comparing them to Combine times is unjust.
This is for HS Coaches directed at COLLEGE COACHES AND "RECRUITERS." I am not trying to "big time" anyone. But if you want to find someone who has trained HS kids, the best NFL Combine Performances, and NFL Superstars and HEAR THE TRUTH. Here. It. Is. Knowledge>Ignorance.
