Despite a 2012 final removal order, MS-13 gang member and Honduran criminal illegal alien Jose Jairo Rivas-Santiago was arrested by ICE HSI Richmond in 2019 and sentenced to 30 years for FIRST-DEGREE MURDER and ARMED ROBBERY.

✈️ICE took custody of him upon his release from prison and deported him June 25.
