@Hermesparcels hi, my return was collected on 28 Dec but still hasn’t been received by retailer. Tracking status hasn’t changed since 30 Nov. I’ve tried to start an investigation by emailing customer services & using the chatbot but haven’t had a response. What’s happened to it?

@greateranglia Hi, I was just at Sudbury station and the board said that all services were cancelled! So I am now in a cab back to Marks Tey which is going to cost me c.£25! Where do I submit a claim for compensation please?
@greateranglia Hi. Thanks, yes I managed to catch a replacement bus. I am now trying to get back from Sudbury to Marks Tey and services are still suspended! Am I due a refund for this? And do you know when the next bus will be back to Marks Tey?
It’s now been cancelled, 22mins after its scheduled departure time. How are we supposed to plan our journeys when you can’t let us know when the trains will depart or even if they will turn up at all?
@SW_Help will the 14:15 Tolworth - Chessington South train run? The last train due was ‘delayed’ until the last minute and then cancelled. This one is now ‘delayed’. Please let me know asap so I can make alternative plans if necessary.
