💰Picardi & Cifaratta’s paper reveals NYers are paying a hidden tax of up to $1.7 B to belong to RGGI. Due to recent changes, it could go much higher.
When supporters of carbon markets tell you it’s no longer working, Albany should listen.

When it comes to utility bills, New Yorkers deserve transparency and accountability. Tell the Senate to pass the Ratepayer Transparency Act (S.8128).

Jeff Bezos on America's spending and taxes:
"We don't have a revenue problem in this country. We already have the most progressive tax system in the world. The Top 1% of taxpayers pay 40% of all taxes. The bottom 50% pay just 3%. We have a spending problem."
Jeff Bezos on NYC spending:
"If we ran Amazon the way New York City runs their school system, packages would take 6 weeks to arrive, we would charge you a $100 delivery fee and when the package did finally arrive, it would have the wrong item in it."
.@KathyHochul raised taxes by $8 billion.
I cancelled a $150 million property tax hike in Nassau.
I balanced the budget, and I never raised sales taxes a single penny.
That is the record I’ll bring to all of New York.
🚨 NYC's socialist Mayor Zohran Mamdani just shrugged as Citadel's Ken Griffin flees to Miami — taking jobs and billions with him.
This clown filmed a "tax the rich" video outside Griffin's $238M penthouse, then acts shocked when the ultra-wealthy say "peace out" to Florida's no-income-tax freedom.
Democrat policies in action: Attack success → Watch it vanish.
Trump was right — red states are winning while blue cities bleed out.
Who's next? Share if you're done with this insanity. 🇺🇸
Phony Josh Riley’s Iberdrola investments are making him fabulously wealthy.
In the last eight years, Iberdrola’s stock has increased almost 300%, all thanks to ratepayers like us. While some folks can barely afford their mortgage, Josh Riley buys a mansion in DC.
Should Josh Riley sell his shares in Iberdola and stop profiting from our sky-high Upstate utility bills?
There's a reason why income generators and job creators fear doom and gloom across NYS.
Albany Democrats raise taxes, place burdensome regulations on businesses, and spend more and more on bloated budgets.
Our @nysenategop wants to cut taxes cut red tape so businesses can grow
Here’s Mayor Pete announcing the Biden administration’s decision to fight the Jet Blue and Spirit merger so they could protect consumers and ensure low fares. Now the airline doesn’t exist and passengers are stranded across the country.
Nearly 70% of New Yorkers fear that green energy mandates will send prices even higher... and they’re right.
Findings from a leaked memo suggest the CLCPA will drive up energy costs by several thousand dollars per year if unchanged.
Enough is enough. I’m calling for the full repeal of the CLCPA and the enactment of my Utility Ratepayer Bill of Rights to give ratepayers immediate relief!

New York State is in real trouble and if we don't get Bruce Blakeman as Governor and Saritha as AG, we may never recover our former status. These are crucial elections. We funded Cuomo's legal bills too. Enough with these kleptocrats who suck at their jobs.
Kudos to @nysenategop colleague @SenatorOMara. He's one of many in our @GOP conference fighting to end Green Scam mandates in NYS. The grid is taxed to the max already, and families need real relief from soaring utility bills. https://t.co/iRVn9HTBVZ
Albany Democrats don't give a damn about the entire state of New York. They are laser focused on ripping off taxpayers outside of NYC. The Big Apple is their only focus, not you. https://t.co/55JoagW49L
If legislators "aren't biting" on proposed changes to the state's climate plan, they clearly have no issue with how costly the #CLCPA is for everyday New Yorkers.
Continuing to ignore warning signs & data is utterly irresponsible.

When the @timesunion editorial board calls you out for hyper-partisan corruption, that's when you know you’ve got a real problem.
It's clear as day Albany Democrats are putting their fingers on the scale of fairness to rig elections in their favor.
Stop the nonsense.
Yesterday's vote on the amendment to repeal the electric bus mandate made one thing clear: Senate Democrats are more interested in defending an ideological mandate than listening to school districts dealing with its consequences. My amendment would have repealed the electric school bus mandate and replaced it with a pilot study to see how and where these buses work – or don’t work. Instead, the Majority left schools on the hook for a mandate they know is broken. Our obligation as elected officials is not to protect a political agenda. It is to protect students, taxpayers, and schools. Yesterday, Senate Democrats chose the agenda.
