We continue to look at ways to address the homeless situation in the county. We need to take action now. Public safety has been — and still is — my No. 1 priority. We can't have a safe community if we don't address the problems.

I will be hosting a Community Outreach Meeting with FDOT so transportation officials can share information and discuss roundabouts at County Road 304 and State Road 11.
