@jasonkerner@allenholub Absolutely. Theater. Get together in a room, think through things on a whiteboard by TALKING TO EACH OTHER and you can eliminate week, even months of work. I do this several times every month with teams, which is why I remain shocked people piss away their time on this bullshit.
Interviewing Users (2nd edition) by Steve Portigal is for anyone who is interested in finding out what makes their business tick and wants to learn how to interview and listen to people. But don't take our word for it—see what others have to say about it! https://t.co/HeQ5ZeuYRe
No team deserves it more.
Not to mention that Argentina is absolutely the dirtiest team I have ever watched. They more than deserve the loss.

@Joshua_Ariza I think that good design (2D) is essentially visible language — so it’s only as good as the designer’s understanding of language, of communication with words. If you can write well, you understand language and communication. If you’re a designer, that makes you a good one.
@HelmetAddict Browns fan here (and designer for three decades). I actually really liked those Browns uniforms. Actually had some purposeful design for once. Nod to the past with an eye to the future.
