Female customer drove trolley into my sleeping baby's pushchair. Customer shouted abusive &racist comments at me for a few minutes. No intervention from @bmstores Newark. Reported to @bmstores customer service who said staff would train but wont report to police or ban customer

Really poor customer service @grousemountain quoted over $50 for complimentary snowshoe hire, kept waiting for 10 mins whilst assistant calls to check (coupon clearly stated T&Cs up to 2 adults and 2 children). Got the free hire but no apology
