I’ve been trying to reach a human at @Experian_US for Two hours and the phone system keeps hanging up.

How hard is it to talk to a real person?

@Experian_US Finally talked to a real person and I said I wanted to cancel my account and they said "Call back later." WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

@Experian_US 1) Automated service didn't work.
2) Started a chat (failed) didn't work.
3) This is a paid service and I should be able to talk to a REAL person when nothing else works.
