@conniecollie1 You’ve done the hardest part; setting goals and starting out slow, while working your way towards 40. Your improvements will likely sneak up on you … before long, you’ll be amazed at the fruits of your efforts. Stronger in mind, body and soul.❣️
I’ll be cheering you on daily.👏
@conniecollie1 I admire your determination.🙌
Paisley is smart; she knows when she’s had enough.
Looks like your weather will make its way east. A quick look at tomorrow’s forecast shows we will have those intermittent showers (70% chance of daytime 🌧️).
Good luck on your next 3 miles.🫵
@LePapillonBlu2 What kills me is that in order for him to attend, all the security precautions for the President put 76,000 fans and many others working at the stadium through a lot of inconvenience … those paying fans put up a lot of cash … so he could sleep through it?
When I have a bad day... I circle back to this song and share it... When I wake up the next day my friends have lifted me up... I wish you my kind of Big ❤️ success...
@inqdragon2 Hey there, Joan … pull up a stool and let’s chat. Fill me in on what your new week is looking like. Enjoy the sunshine … I’m in an office bldg. so, I’m jealous. 🌞🌻
@AnnFudd@TheFilmBriefHQ@DudespostingWs I don’t think most treadmills would even go over 12 mph. I’m no expert but from all the cardio I’ve done in commercial fitness centers, that’s what I recall.
@YakeEric I’m repeating myself but the biggest problem with have with elections is … getting people to go out and vote. More than 40% of registered voters don’t bother.
So, I’m supposed to believe that large swaths of ppl. take the time to fraudulently vote? Please.
I don’t think people realize how absurd this is. Scottish runner Josh Kerr just broke the mile world record in 3:42.66, an average speed of 16.2 mph. Most people couldn’t even briefly reach that speed, let alone sustain it for an entire mile.
