And now @AppleSupport just hung up on me after being on the phone with them for an hour with no call back. I've spent fifteen plus hours on the phone in the last four weeks with zero resolution...
Hey @AppleSupport, I've been trying to resolve an issue with my Apple account for 4+ weeks. My account is blocked from making App Store purchases, and every time I contact support I'm transferred between departments, told someone is "looking into it," or promised a callback that never comes. No explanation. No resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Can someone please take ownership and get this resolved?
@BrokerSteve412 Yep fairmatic is similar but less bait and switch. They’re more serious on initial indications and not just out to mine / collect data.
@CaptainINS_ano Did you try NICO or Prime? Getting loads from brokers / shippers is the main issue. In my experience RRGs don’t pay out on claims and nothing but headaches.

@InsAgencyOwner Total cluster to place and there’s no shortage of them calling looking for coverage. All their drivers have MVRs that couldn’t get them a job delivering for Domino’s

@BrokerSteve412 Yes - They were selective but could've been a function of the program manager / MGA I was working with (in the midwest). I don't recall min# of units but definitely > 5 units for any quotes I received. Also moderately stringent re: loss history.
