you can either look at a mortgage as a bank letting you long real estate against a perpetual devaluing dollar for a carry cost slightly above the risk free rate of return, or you can choose to be ignorant of how money works, if you spiritually have the mind of a medieval peasant
Recommend me a movie that will absolutely destroy me in the most beautiful way possible.
Not just something sad for the sake of being sad.
I want the kind of film that makes me sit in silence when the credits roll. The kind that leaves me staring at my ceiling at 2AM questioning life, love, time, and every choice I've ever made.
A movie that hurts, heals, and changes something inside me all at once.
I want to reflect.
I want to feel.
I want to cry for people who don't even exist.
Drop the one movie you'll never stop thinking about. 🎬
Cyclists don’t stop at red lights in Central Park.
I took this photo, and it’s the norm.
They don’t care if you’re crossing and you’re 90 years old, or a child.
Go to this spot to see for yourself.
They act like they own park and the rules don’t apply to them.
It’s insane.
The Duke Blue Devils have won 8 games in a row dating back to last season.
That’s the 5th-longest active winning streak in the FBS. They’re the reigning ACC Champion.
They’re 4-0 this year, went on the road to B1G Illinois and won, destroyed 2-2 Stanford 35-7 (Miami beat Stanford 45-6), beat Tulane by 14, and have one of the best running backs in the country.
Not good enough for the AP poll though.
We are deeply saddened by the passing of Chris Spatola. Chris was a beloved Army veteran, coach, broadcaster, and true friend to the Duke Basketball family.
We send our love and condolences to his wife Jamie and three children, the Spatola and Krzyzewski families, and everyone who loved him.
