@TFG_Football This topic can't be given its proper depth on twtter, but IMO WHY we get the cap is just as important IF we get the cap. Owners want cap, and are using "fairness" as an excuse. I won't support that.
Real problem is shitty owners. TBF, cap -> franchise value ^^-> bad owners sell?
