@thescorechicago They have absolutely no one anybody would want except PCA and he’s not going anywhere. They’ll blame the season on injuries even though it was the anemic offense that was the major problem. Cubs management caused this mess now they have to sit in it.
@JesseRogersESPN At least they only got our hopes up for a month at the beginning of the season instead of doing this in September. Team is definitely cursed no other explanation for a complete freefall. Craig keeps putting out the same lineups expecting different results. Insanity
@crawlyscubs This team is already gone if nothing is changed. Firings trades some shakeup is needed and it has to be big. Zero confidence has taken hold of this team and it comes from your so called leaders. Team is unwatchable more than any team in recent memory
@cody__cubs They might double that before the series is over. Team is the laughing stock of MLB. Top down failure. Will finish with a losing record. Losing is contagious and a disease that infests the whole organization
@cody__cubs What a silly idea you have. When you call up a player you sit them for 5 games start one then possibly pinch hit them the next 5 games. That way they are totally useless and only good to pinch run
@ChiefCub They beat the teams they’re supposed to. Their manager plays to win not make friends. Hitters look to put the ball in play not try to hit 500 ft solo homers. Pitching development is light years ahead of the Cubs.
@BleacherNation Happ was a 2nd baseman and played 3rd as well until they turned him into a gold glove left fielder so it’s not impossible to think that’s where Shaws heading.
@JesseRogersESPN His manager could help him out and put him at the bottom of the lineup to take pressure off. But that’ll never happen because I know the batting order doesn’t matter. Unless the same guys who bat in the middle of the lineup fail consistently. What do I know
@blakecowellx Does he play 3rd base and bat in the middle of the lineup and can produce with RISP? We could use someone like that. I’m sure Bregman will come around when we’re mathematically eliminated but until then…
The @Cubs will do absolutely nothing to fix or help this team because they don’t have to. Wrigley sells out every game win or lose. @WatchMarquee broadcasts every game and collects revenue from every advertiser and subscriber without fail Lovable losers forever thank god for 2016
