The Krewe of Shenandoah parade is rolling tonight at 6:30 in St. George. For two schools, their dance teams are performing in a Mardi Gras parade for the very first time!
Today, The body of Iberville Parish Sheriff's Deputy Charles W. Riley, is being escorted from Broussard to a funeral home in Gonzales. The procession is expected to arrive at the funeral home around 1 p.m.
Along the planned route, Fire trucks are displaying the American Flag.
Saturday night will be very busy in Baton Rouge with both LSU and Southern having their home openers. WBRZ spoke with law enforcement and medical professionals about some tips they have for fans heading to either game.
