@Marcie_C_1996@scotus_wire In the last six years no one has introduced any evidence in court under oath and subject to penalty of perjury that substantiates the claim of widespread election fraud or irregularities of any sort. Lots of spouting in the media, zero in court.
@MorosKostas The Union states or localities piggyback upon the presumption of a federal privilege due to the imposition of excise taxes. This has never been challenged properly.
@RandPaul Under the 14th, those who are “subject to the jurisdiction of the United States” are freed slaves, their posterity, and others similarly situated. Under SCOTUS holding in Dred Scott this class of persons could never be a citizen of one of the states of the Union.
@58bugeye Just making sure those vaunted “checks & balances” are still working, right? What happens when all three federal branches and all 50 Union state governments conspire to usurp power and implement government beyond the narrow constitutional charter?
@MorosKostas Engaged in the business means dealing with federally excise taxed firearms in federal places. It has precisely zero to do with any firearms activity in the 50 states of the Union.
@MorosKostas Excise taxes can only be imposed upon government privileges, not rights, with zero exceptions. In federal places territorial law & taxes regulating arms & ammo may be constitutional. Those laws don’t apply to the 50 union states. There should not be a single FFL in the states.
@MorosKostas I am astounded people still make stupid fucking Second Amendment claims regarding taxation. No! Wrong argument. ALL federal laws pertaining to firearms & ammo are strictly limited to areas where Congress exercises exclusive legislative jurisdiction, not the 50 Union states.
@elonmusk The United States income tax system is one of the most misunderstood and misapplied in the world. It is lawfully imposed upon very narrow classes of persons (see graphic), but criminally mal-applied to everyone.
@SenMikeLee If Americans are wanting that it’s because they don’t understand facts, law, unalienable rights, Congressional jurisdiction, and how imposition of such a requirement is equivalent of a unconstitutional poll tax.
@TheBattlecock @Sec_Noem @DHSgov If anyone is unaware, all federal firearms & ammunition laws pertain solely to federal places and have nothing whatsoever to do with the 50 states of the Union. There’s no legal authority for an FFL in one of the states of the Union. It’s a criminal misapplication of law.
@ClassicLearner And all people have to do is learn and follow the law. The income tax only pertains to certain classes of person voluntarily engaged in a taxable government privilege as shown in this image. Everything beyond that is criminal misapplication of the law. It is a cross-border tax.

@majtoure I am convinced that some people will see what they want to see regardless of actual facts & evidence. This is because in their minds the government agents are ridding society of a scourge, a blight. In their minds government agents never act unlawfully, make false arrests, etc.
