I’ve emailed them and will let you know the outcome as it’s potentially a significant unintended consequence of the new conservation area on thousands of people. I don’t believe internal insulation would be feasible as the rooms are already on the small side.

@SallyLongford @DavidHowey I live in the recently created old meadows conservation area. Do you think it’s worth asking the council? The documents when the area was created specifically refer to red brick victorian terraces houses (of which mine is one) so had assumed it was a non starter.
