@AmazonHelp@amazonIN@amazon This has happened with multiple Amazon Now orders this week. Please don’t assume the order is cancelled—please check the current status and explain why customers are prevented from cancelling while the order remains stuck.
Kindly investigate and fix this issue.
@amazonIN@amazon Ordered a few items from Amazon Now every single order showed “Delivered in 3 minutes.” The reality? No updates for 30–60 minutes. Status stays stuck on “Arriving in 1 minute.” No way to cancel the order. No way to raise a complaint.

If you can’t fulfill the order, why accept it in the first place? This experience is extremely disappointing. At this point, it’s better to use Zepto. @ZeptoNow@zeptocares
