@exfatloss Likewise I remember we had a family trip to go to McDonald for dinner as it was in the city…. Was like an event but my dad was disgusted with the food as we had a beef farm and lived on home made everything…. Think I had McDonald’s that time only before I was in my twenties

Pretty sure Brad cited Lauric acid to help desaturate body fat which seems at odds here however having used Mcts a ton with athletes it can definitely have positive effects on body composition and I’d often add these to carbs when carb thresholds had been met or had issues eating/digesting them
