The Health Canada document says Pfizer was required to provide a full annotation of all functional components. It did not. The SV40 enhancer was in the product. It was in every lot. It was not disclosed. The Information Commissioner ruled the withholding was improper. Health Canada partially complied with the order to disclose and continues to withhold the sections that would complete the picture.

The picture that is visible in the partially unredacted pages, combined with the tumor biopsy findings, combined with the internal regulatory communications, combined with the all-cause mortality data in the 15 to 54 age group that John Beaudoin documented from CDC death certificates, combined with the cancer trend data that has no pre-2021 analogue in any of the populations now presenting it, is not a collection of coincidences requiring individual explanation.

It is a pattern.

And the specific pattern it describes is the integration of undisclosed genetic material, delivered by a system specifically engineered to penetrate cellular barriers, into the genomes of people who were not told the material was present, by a manufacturer that did not have the testing methodology to characterise what it had distributed, authorised by regulators who have since spent three years managing the evidence of what that distribution produced rather than honestly examining it.

Nearly six years after the first doses.

The complaint is well founded.

That is what the government’s own oversight body concluded about Health Canada’s concealment of information relating to what was inside the product.

The complaint about what that product has done to the people who received it remains officially unfiled by every institution with the authority and the obligation to file it.

That is not an oversight.

It is the continuation of the same decision that produced the redacted pages.

The information was withheld because of negative public perception.

The public that received what the withheld information described is now generating tumor biopsies whose findings are about to make the question of public perception irrelevant.

The body does not manage information.

It keeps the record.

And the record is surfacing in ways that no regulatory framework, no blacked-out document, and no carefully worded ministerial statement is going to be able to contain much longer.

Why I think the federal Carney Liberals, the NDP in BC/Manitoba and Doug Ford’s Liberal-lite government are disasters

They count on political exhaustion.

Most Canadians are not stupid. They are busy earning a living, raising families, paying mortgages and trying to keep ahead of rising costs. They do not have time to study every budget, regulation, backroom agreement or government contradiction.

Politicians understand this. They rarely impose the full damage at once. They add another tax, another fee, another subsidy, another restriction and another layer of debt. Services weaken. Costs rise. Accountability disappears. Each individual change seems tolerable, but the combined result is national decline.

The federal Liberals govern through spending, secrecy and carefully packaged excuses. The NDP keeps them politically respectable by demanding even more government control and spending. Doug Ford talks like a conservative at election time, then governs like a Liberal whenever spending restraint, institutional reform or political courage is required.

Different elbow-zo slogans. Similar habits:

More government.
More debt.
More corporate welfare.
More bureaucracy.
Less transparency.
Less personal responsibility.
Less respect for taxpayers.

The boiled-frog comparison fits because decline becomes normal when it happens slowly. Canadians adjust to higher food prices, longer medical waits, worsening productivity, weaker public safety and governments that refuse to release the details of their own agreements.

We should not become bitter or contemptuous. Anger without discipline achieves nothing. Our duty is to pay attention, examine incentives, demand evidence and judge politicians by the consequences of their decisions, not the intentions they advertise.

Pierre has been pointing out that Government failure survives on public distraction. It ends when enough citizens stop accepting each new loss as the unavoidable price of living in Canada.

A member of the Senate Committee of State Affairs highlighted that the COVID mRNA vaccines were released to the public without completing animal testing, something that has never been done before, especially for shots given to children.

He stated that animal testing was started but stopped because the animals were dying. Instead of completing the safety studies, the vaccines were rolled out to the American public, turning ordinary citizens into the test subjects.
