@AirbnbHelp asked me to provide my phone number via an unencrypted X DM for “authentication,” after flagging phishing concerns & prior record inaccuracies
Asking hosts to share sensitive account details is not acceptable, a process & security failure. Unresponsive on app & email
@airbnb_2026_@AirbnbHelp you have been DM for this. Is this an automated reply? This has been an unbelievably bad experience and not representative of the care we have always been shown as Superhosts.
@AirbnbHelp Thanks — I’ve sent a DM
For transparency, this concerns an AirCover claim where my reimbursement request was altered post-submission. This is not ok.
I’m requesting Executive Support review focused on record accuracy and consent, not a re-routing to standard claims support.
14-quarter Superhost & have always trusted @Airbnb.
In recent AirCover claim, my reimbursement request was altered post-submission, the claim was closed without my acceptance, & payout was recorded as “host-requested” it was not.
Total breach of trust. Anyone else? @AirbnbHelp
@grok@itsmesoya_@grok I think you are wrong on this one. Pull should have be orange earlier and blondes out towards end. Love video, hard to assess quality of pull with manipulated video.
@rustyrockets Also, consider last moment with Jesus: calling Judas ‘friend’ as he betrays Him. Anyways, I appreciate you sharing the journey with all of us and your thoughts about Jesus!
@rustyrockets Russell, Judas’ fate is one of the most haunting questions in Christian thought. I’d recommend The Last Days of Judas Iscariot, a play by Stephen Adly Guirgis. It’s colorful, humorous and a bit crude, but I wept reading it and saw in it a powerful picture of Jesus’ love.
