@TheEconomist your iOS is badly broken. When reading the weekly edition it will skip back to a prior article without warning, whilst in the middle of reading an article. Audio now only works with internet connectivity. No good on the tube or a plane. It’s almost unusable.

@ITVXhelp Doesn’t work. I’m on my mobile, on 4g, in London. And the itvx app says it can’t show me itv1 as it can’t tell where I am. Really crap and let down. So can’t watch England match. The legal bs is just nonsense. Sort out this mess!

@TheBishF1 @SilverstoneUK To spend £3k on 4 tickets, you are forced to wait 24hrs in an online queue, that doesn’t work when you get in. The prices go up whilst you queue. Real fans that want to watch 3 days of racing are put behind everyone else. Disgraceful. I’ll go to other events and skip F1 thanks.

I’ve brought my kids for multiple years. They love it. Booking tickets was straight forward previously. You cannot charge a family £3000 and treat them like this. I hope people vote with their feet.

@SilverstoneUK I’ve been in your ticket queue for 24hrs. Got through twice - first time you couldn’t complete the transaction within 15 mins. Then at 3am when I was asleep and missed the 5min window. Now there are no weekend tickets left. This is such a terrible system.

You need to go back to basics and analyse how on earth you are running this system. There is no unprecedented demand - there cannot be much of a difference in demand vs other years. And if you’ve seen a higher spike that’s because you’ve mismanaged the launch.

In the queue since 11:30am. Got through once, after 4.5hrs but the pages loaded so slowly I couldn’t check out within 15mins. Prices have been going up, availability going down. Don’t want to go now and sad to take my £2k elsewhere

@SilverstoneUK Your site is utterly rubbish. I waited 4.5hrs. When I got in every page took minutes to load. 15 mins wasn’t even enough time to do a basket add-and-checkout. It kicked me out and I’m back at the start of the queue. What a total joke. I bet the seats I want will have gone. 🤦‍♂️ 😤

The sense of achievement when I finally got some pulled pork - an amazing feeling given your totally shambolic payment system. You ran out of tokens, massive queue, wrist bands don’t work.
