I’m not denying there’s any risk. I’m just saying there’s precedent where the NCAA and SEC have not punished schools in the past who played players under TRO’s. The preliminary injunction was denied that’s why the case ended. You go from TRO to preliminary injunction. This is what will happen here. If the injunction is not issued, then the TRO eventually expires. It’s a temporary restraining order. They always expire if injection isn’t issued. You seem to be the one that needs to research TRO’s more thoroughly
