Obviously Stefan Borson and I disagree on most things about the Man City case. But I agree with every word of the below on Chelsea and Man City.

I can go one further in a way he probably can’t though - the PL and FA colluded to ensure Chelsea would not be found guilty of gaining sporting advantage from their cheating.

An offshore company controlled by Roman Abramovich paid £6m to Eden Hazard's agent, and the Club paid £1m that was undisclosed.
