🚨 Weigh in 9 🚨
Before #FrankWalks, Frank had not been under 350 pounds in over 20 years and was 500+ pounds in 2016. Here is his monthly progress since we started walking (278 days in a row):
Before #FrankWalks : 383 pounds
Weigh in 1: 373 pounds
Weigh in 2: 352 pounds
Weigh in 3: 343 pounds
Weigh in 4: 340 pounds
Weigh in 5: 339 pounds
Weigh in 6: 333.8 pounds
Weigh in 7: 331 pounds
Weigh in 8: 323.8 pounds
Here are the results from weigh in 9:
◦319 pounds: FRANK HAS LOST 64 pounds POUNDS since we started walking. Frank has no clue when he was last under 320
◦Diet: Early this month the diet went off the rails with some very damaging stress eating. Frank was furious with himself but we regrouped, refocused, and the results speak for themselves
◦Blood sugar: Levels remain in the green zone for the longest stretch of Frank’s adult life 🤯 he is adding years to his life - it’s science (Ron Burgundy voice)
I can’t emphasize enough how concerned Frank was for this weigh in. He was riddled with anxiety about letting Tank’s Army down after a terrible start to the month.
I am immensely proud of him for battling through his setback and getting back on course with determination.
It is not easy to completely change your lifestyle and follow through. Setbacks are inevitable but all that matters is how you respond.
Frank crushed the second half of this month and he has now had 9 straight weigh ins resulting in weight loss, which now totals 64 pounds. That’s an average of over 7 pounds a month. This is what sustainability looks like.
Thank you to Tank’s Army for the relentless support, it means more than you could ever imagine.

Anudder weigh in in the books
Not celebrating because I know who my guy is… imagine playing in front of sell out crowds with people saying the craziest things to you and you’re innocent. Extremely proud of my guy to be able to block out all that noise and compete at an extremely high level. 💯🙏🏽🤑
My wife is going to an engagement party tomorrow night.
I'll be working.
I know the couple --- they're beautiful people.
But having an engagement party at the same time as UConn/Illinois with the way Terrence Shannon Jr. playing is BOLD.
