You have refused to subpoena Loren Merchan and her company Authentic Campaigns @Authentic_HQ , even though you are well aware of the fact that she is also doing business with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) while she is paid millions of dollars by House and Senate Democrats, as well as the Biden-Harris campaign, all while her father overseas the Trump trial.

Why are you allowing this sham trial to continue with zero pushback on Loren Merchan, who works with the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) @NRDC, according to Authentic Campaign’s website, which you sent a strongly worded letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland about in August 2023?

If you truly think NRDC is a threat, and you support President Donald Trump (as you claim, although I’ve seen zero evidence of you doing a single thing to actually help Trump), then why haven’t you subpoenaed Loren Merchan?
