Emirates Flight EK707 encountered strong southeast monsoon crosswinds while attempting to land in Seychelles from DXB.

Notice the pronounced pitch-down movements at around 50 ft, followed by several attempts to get the Boeing 777-300ER on the ground. By that point, however, the touchdown zone had already been passed. Given the short runway (9,800ft/2,987m), a go-around was absolutely the right decision.
