@mikenavallo What is happening is an evaluation of a precious performance of one who pwned a franchise and whether they abused their privilege in the use of the previous franchise. Not related at all to prior restraint because in this current issue, they have no right at all.

@mikenavallo Sorry, I do not agree. Prior restraint deals with freedom of expression and freedom.of the press which are guaranteed constitutional right. A media franchise on the other hand is a mere privilege that is not within the ambit of this principle.
