8/ I can’t tell you how much I am stressing right now over this transition. It is eating me up. My precious, beautiful son has got to the age of 19 but he battled his way here and grateful for Trojan efforts from his 14 medical teams too. Imagine no one replaces a paediatrician?

6/ For me as a parent in a paediatric hospital I have the support of a great social worker & psychologist who help me to cope with long hospital stays. Many parents like me are sole carers so there is nobody to relieve me. It’s 24/7. Holistic care for the entire family is vital.
