@Lenovo_Africa who can I address a direct complaint to about @Partserve? My laptop has been with them for repairs since early December and I am getting nowhere. Dm'ed you the same query earlier as I just wanted to sort this out privately, but getting rather frustrated now. TIA

@Computicket Of course. The people that helped me were Joe (or Joan, was over phone) Siphokazi Lumkile and Nompilo Biyela. I didn't speak to Nompilo directly, but the three of them helped me.
