(Open your Trade Box to see them!)
Trainers, we have identified and resolved a visual issue affecting the date and time of Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Tokyo tickets during the purchase process. Tickets purchased after 6:11 a.m. JST on Friday, March 13 were not impacted.
We are also aware that some purchased tickets currently do not match the selected session at the time of checkout. To correct the issue on tickets purchased BEFORE 6:11 a.m. JST on March 13, an upcoming update will ensure the session you selected during check out matches the displayed information on the purchased ticket. Impacted Trainers will not need to take any action for this fix.
We will reach out to impacted Trainers through their purchasing email to provide further support.
To prevent further issues, Tokyo Citywide Gameplay add-ons from Friday, May 29- Monday, June 1 and General Admission tickets are temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and will announce when they can be purchased again.
@eduKings95 (If you need any tips or help with sightseeing in Tokyo, feel free to ask.) (FYI, make sure to book your accommodation ASAP—I heard there's a huge idol concert that weekend, and hotels are filling up fast.)
(Save the date! May 30, 16:00-20:00 JST. , Odaiba, Tokyo
The app is showing some weird bugs with the date/time display as usual, so I hope everything is set correctly. 😅 Let's hope for a smooth event.)
(This was the time selection screen when the bug occurred: AM part was 0:00-4:00, PM part was 18:00-22:00🤣. Terrible, right? 🤣 I checked the information many many times and bought it after the data was fixed.
(Is there any event going on today? If not, I'll play with the AI again today. Recently, I've been having a lot of fun explaining the photos of gifts to the AI and learning about buildings, places, and history.🏛️⛪️🏞️)
