@nickbakeddesign Hmmm - it would be a really great help to many. I have a really unique story that I have never told anyone and is why I have struggled so much to now, maybe if you do follow through Nick then I would be up to telling you about it.
@prettyusefulUI@olegcoada I have to kindly disagree - I did an essay on Ive as I really admire his work. In the book 'Jony Ive: The Genius Behind Apple's Greatest Products', it talks in great detail about his design philosophy of minimalism and functionality, but acknowledges the compromises he has made.
The food here is good - We don't have the best unique cuisine, but we have some of the best food from all sorts of different countries and cultures. It's what makes the UK special.
@AlexAperios I made sure to appreciate it on Behance and left a comment to try and help boost it as it is a really deserving project. The Behance algorithm has left all my recent projects on the platform to just die - although I did not promote them else where so thats my fault perhaps.
@ilyamiskov For context, I got my MacBook Pro M1 basically after launch and before I started designing. I would never recommend 8 GB to anyone trying to do serious work now. Also, it was a present so I did not configure it.
@ilyamiskov My MacBook M1 has only 8 GB, and my home PC has 32 GB. I can say right now that 16 to 32 is about right as using my MacBook often is miserable when designing. I will upgrade my MacBook in the future, but I like my devices to die first before replacing them.
@AlexAperios@hunterthompson Really 'Sick' (I hate the word, but it's really appropriate here), Alex! ๐ฅ Totally highlights the value you bring btw - you just kill it all the time.
@VadimCarazan Looks great Vadim! I like both to be honest - I never have had a preference for design studios. For example, I love the sites for both Koto (Dark) and Wolff Olins (light), so I think either works!
@MBrundleF1 Martin you are a brilliant presenter and I respect your voice in the sport a lot. Unfortunately though none of the British fans like this monopoly - the amount of money it costs for Sky/NowTV is insane and is very bad for the sport.
@F1 If the UK is the home of F1, how come we are the ones paying more than most other countries to watch a terrible broadcast from Sky (you have to pay extra for HD in 2026!). The amount fans have to pay here is sickening, but not a shock from a monopoly.
