@MCRMetrolink hello again. The one working machine at Bowker Vale is not accepting cards either contactless or via the insert at the moment. This means I cannot get the required rail zone 2 ticket I wanted & which will now end up costing me more money.

@MCRMetrolink It made know difference in the end as I was then stuck outside Victoria for 20 mins because of the signalling problems. I just wish that metrolink as a service would be kinder to passengers & get these fairly small issues resolved.

@MCRMetrolink @mygetmethere No, I will, but I shouldn’t have to & it’s not the answer I was after. I don’t use the tram everyday. The queues are forming as coins are often rejected by the machine, so it’s a totally frustrating experience at the moment.

@MCRMetrolink please, please, please can you sort the ticket machines at Bowker Vale.? There are empty trams going past and long queues of people waiting to buy tickets. It’s absurd
