@jakeissenberg Amari is ready for the 4th Center role Neemy had. He can help us at times this year. Let Cenac turn into Evan Mobley with a shot in Maine.
@CelticsForum0@DrewHanlen It’s not just Tatums usage. Tatum can stand in the corner and still be a positive defender and rebounder. Pritchard needs the ball to be effective. And PP will always defer to JB when they’re on the floor together.
@StoolGreenie@John_Karalis PP has such a low salary next year the Celtics could keep PP Tatum and a center and still dip under the cap and sign KAT/Jokic by moving some other salaries. Or at least force those players teams to execute sign and trades. I’m keeping him no matter what.
@BiggLynch Celtics would pay the 70% to Jokic/Tatum. They’re right there with PG/Tatum. Key for the Celtics is numerous guys on cheap deals (PP, Hauser, Queta, Hugo, Baylor, Walsh, Harper). No question they will make a play for Jokic next offseason or maybe even this year.
@RasberryLarry_ The center rotation has far more room for injuries but they got pretty lucky last year. Now having Garza as a third and Amari as their fourth (and potentially improved in his second year) is going to be huge whenever Mitch misses time.
@TGTatum4_3 I do love Pritchard off the bench but might need to start. I’d like to see if Schierman could take a leap as a playmaker in the starting lineup.
