Well understood in political circles is the failure of the NHS but no will to start a change as it is a vote loser. Hence we need another avenue to initiate change. This would have to be a non affiliated body and I would suggest a role for the King.

The trans issue is straight forward: @jk_rowling is right, trans = transvestite. The issue is who has a penis and who has a vagina. The true transsexuals have undergone full surgery and either have a penis or vagina. They are not the vocal ones.
