No signings in 3 weeks, no senior full back(s). Both senior goalkeepers injured, key players with a history of injuries are currently injured and missing pre-season (Dack/Little/McCleary/Antwi). However fans are outraged on having to buy a cup of tea at half time 🤦‍♂️ @TheGillsFC

Do you go to a pub & take your own beer & snacks?

Do you visit a restaurant & arrive with your own steak & chips?

Do you go to McDonalds & sit down to eat a pre purchased KFC?

Do you go round friends for a BBQ & sit eating your own sausages & burgers?

The club will have invested thousands developing a new fan zone for who? That’s right, us fans.

But it won’t be sustainable if they then allow everyone to turn up with their own refreshments & just use it as a glorified picnic area.

They’re allowing us to continue bringing in a bottle of water for each game, which they don’t have to do, so we don’t dehydrate.

Do cinemas, pubs, restaurants offer free refillable drinks? I don’t think they do unless you’ve purchased a meal eg. Nando’s.

It’s a few hours of the day we’re all at a football ground, if it’s such a drama surely you just eat beforehand & again when you go home.

How long do most people go between breakfast & lunch? Lunch & dinner? Five, six hours?

I’m sure we can all survive a similar time at the football before we start passing out from starvation.

And if you really have to take something of your own with you that requires medical notification/exemption, surely if it’s that serious just provide it so you can still enjoy your day at the football?

We can’t moan about a lack of available food outlets, different options at the ground etc etc then also whinge when the club want us to use them, so I can totally understand the new policies being actioned.

He had a one game ban which was suspended for 12 months.

England defender, Jarell Quansah, was sent off for serious foul play against Mexico.

He’s been given an immediate two match ban.

Everyone at Gillingham Football Club is devastated to have learned of the passing of Kenny Jackett, our former Director of Football, at the age of 64.

He will be very much missed by us, and the greater Football community.

Our thoughts and condolences are with Kenny's family, friends and loved ones at this difficult time.
