Well I cannot seem to let it go. I’ve jumped back into public ed as a candidate for local school board. Maybe I can influence teaching and learning in a technological world from a seat on the board!!!

Always thinking. Why can’t school happen anyway on days of ‘building problems’ or snow days? Why can’t students who are sick still attend class? What would that look like? No imagination? Go back to 1975 then.

Depending upon the source of research, teacher efficacy is critical to student success or student efficacy is critical to student success. My own research points to both equally. And neither matter without parental efficacy.

Think about what education might look like if it wasn’t September to June, 7:15 am to 3:45 pm, 13 years K-12. You can’t because you won’t allow yourselves to see change as a benefit to you. It completely stumps creativity.

2/2 Perhaps now we can discuss other needs like reducing class size, getting current texts in the class room, computers, WiFi, programs etc. Happy the teachers got $. When do we talk about better student outcomes? I missed that discussion.
