@andyserling I think CD wants the best 3yos competing in the derby so I don't think they are (or will admit they are) doing it to punish CA racing specifically. I hope it saves CA by owners bringing in more 3yo's next year to avoid this. BGrass only had 7 this year so could happen outside CA
