I have witnessed this club go from doubters to believers, and from believers to champions. It took hard work and I always did everything I could to help the club get there. Nothing makes me prouder than that.
Us crumbling to yet another defeat this season was very painful and not what our fans deserve. I want to see Liverpool go back to being the heavy metal attacking team that opponents fear and back to being a team that wins trophies. That is the football I know how to play and that is the identity that needs to be recovered and kept for good. It cannot be negotiable and everyone that joins this club should adapt to it.
Winning some games here and there is not what Liverpool should be about. All teams win games.
Liverpool will always be a club that means a great deal to me and to my family. I want to see it succeed for long after I have moved on.
As I’ve always said, qualifying to next season’s Champions League is the bare minimum and I will do everything I can to make that happen.

@LaurensJulien was SCATHING in his assessment of Arne Slot for his tactics across the two legs against PSG 🔴

‼️ Time’s Up for Slot, It Already Was
Gratitude has its place in football, but it cannot be allowed to cloud judgement. Arne Slot had his moment, and he had his backing, but this season has stripped away any illusion of progress.
This talk of transition feels like a convenient shield. Transition to what, exactly? There is no clear identity here, no discernible pattern, no attacking thrust, no defensive assurance. Liverpool meander through games without purpose, a side neither evolving nor responding, simply existing in a fog of uncertainty.
The spin has already begun, both mainstream and patch journalists alike now softening the failure, dressing it up as part of a longer journey or a grand master plan. But this isn’t growth, it’s regression. Calling it anything else insults the evidence laid bare week after week.
This isn’t a club built to accept mediocrity. The standards demand more, the history demands more, and the present reality falls well short.
Ahead of the Merseyside Derby, a decision should be made, a decision we already know won’t be. Why is sentiment still being allowed to linger?
Slot should go, and he should go now.
Mo Salah not the force he was, he’s leaving Liverpool but… trailing 2-0 and not bringing on an attacker who’s still Footballer of the Year and instead bringing on an 18-year-old midfielder in Nyoni seems strange. And why Gakpo not Ngumoha? #PSGLIV

At Later with Jools Holland in 2000, Oasis perform Gas Panic, taken from their fourth studio album Standing on the Shoulder of Giants, released earlier that year. Although not released as a single, it became a standout album track and a live favourite, known for its darker tone and introspective lyrics reflecting Noel Gallagher’s anxiety during the late 90s. The song showcased a more psychedelic and atmospheric side of the band and later featured in live recordings, documentaries and retrospectives exploring Oasis’s shift in sound at the turn of the decade.

Performed live in an intimate acoustic setting, The La’s delivered “Timeless Melody” with the effortless charm that defined their brief but brilliant career. Released in 1990 on their self-titled debut album, the song’s jangling guitars and wistful lyrics captured Lee Mavers’ obsession with purity in sound. Though The La’s released only one album, moments like this performance remind listeners why their melodies still echo through the Britpop era and beyond.
