@RossellSusan Hello thanks so much for your work. I would very much like to replicate the BDD eye tracking test in the UK seems like would be very valuable to publisise such testing
@owocki Gotta blend the pirate code with the Naval code. At the time Navy captains could get super rich if they captured prizes using pirate skills. There was usually a set split for dividing the plunder. Fixed bounty ratios are unusual in modern "Navies"
@tribecrafters_ @FonsecaFrancis8@rosiesherry Yep that's also a good term. I like the game analogy as it contains the energy of play which then perhaps to a more creative possibility of what winning is. More on winning conditions here for gameshttps://ludogogy.co.uk/focus-on-winning-conditions/
@FonsecaFrancis8@rosiesherry Thanks Francis. The idea goes that whatever we are doing is in a sense a game. Each game has winning conditions. When you change the winning condition of monopoly to "who can go to jail the most times" the strategy changes.
@inga_eth My current insight is that a community leader is a little like the immune system of the org. Constantly dealing with issues, learning and improving with the group biome. Good energy essential.
@_Daniel_Ospina I love to be part of a team with a vision and mission I am engaged with and committed to. Very happy to be held to account in that environment by the captain and the crew because I like and trust them and chose to be with them. Hard to find.
