​I recently had Airbnb remove a guest from my home for safety violations. In response, the guest left a blatant, retaliatory review. Airbnb's response? They refused to remove it

​Supporting a retaliatory guest over a host who followed protocol is unacceptable. I’ve officially canceled all remaining bookings and unlisted my home from Airbnb permanently. Time to take my business where it’s valued.
