@markchristie Regarding a proposed 20mph limit in my area (I objected), a LD cllr said that, "the advert for a proposed TRO is itself an additional consultation, but only overwhelming public opposition or significant legal objections will normally prevent a TRO from being implemented."

@ElectionNight5 @mod_in_metro @MunicipalDreams I used to work in it on an occasional basis and always enjoyed going there. What is odd, though, is that the lifts are a long way from the main entrance down a maze of corridors, and the mezzanine floor is on about the second floor, not right at the top.
