6'3" 194 lbs. I think I got up to 260 last year. Maybe 240 when I started dieting. Lost it in no time, 215, months later I wanted too see if I gained any. Nope, lost 20 more lbs. Lol it's all diet. Exercise is to gain muscle, something I'm going to have to start doing again
