Tomorrow is a huge day for Vulcan Forged.

Rather than keeping everyone guessing, here's what you'll hear from us officially tomorrow:

1. We're not going anywhere.

We've fought too hard, built too much, and sacrificed too much to let one event define our future.

Years ago, we suffered one of the worst hacks our industry has seen. Over $100 million worth of PYR was stolen, wiping out virtually our entire treasury. Instead of walking away, we made every affected user whole, replacing every penny, even though it left us with almost no funding to build.

We never truly recovered financially from that decision, but we kept building anyway.

If we could survive that, we can survive a monitoring tag.

All we ask is that our community judges us by what we've continued to do every single day since: build, deliver, and refuse to give up.

2. VulcanX Everything launches tomorrow.
Our biggest product ever. One app where you can game, trade, earn, WIN, chat, complete quests, collect NFTs, climb leaderboards, and use a fully connected GameFi ecosystem—all powered by PYR.

3. Land staking comes to an end this month.
We've distributed tens of millions of dollars in rewards over the years, and that constant supply with little demand was probably our biggest mistake, so it's time to evolve the economy. The generous staking program ends end of this month (July).

4. One ecosystem. One token.
Just as ELY became PYR, the V token will now also be replaced by PYR. Simplicity wins.

5. Every action strengthens PYR.
Trading fees, game actions, purchases, marketplace activity, quests—every fee will either burn PYR or fund community reward pools, making it purely deflationary every single day.

6. A new PYR economy begins.
With V being merged into PYR, new reward pool incentives, upcoming PYR airdrops for V and Elysium PYR holders who become the first VX users, and the fact that we now have a fully deflationary model where every day thousands of PYR will burn, we've capped the maximum supply now at 70 million PYR. From next week's VulcanX launch, only PYR on Elysium will power the ecosystem.

7. Every new user benefits every holder.
Bring in your friends, family, communities, as the entire economy has been designed so that increased usage means more PYR burned, larger reward pools, and a stronger ecosystem. More players = less PYR in circulation. It's now basic supply and demand, just how Axie started and we intend to revive gamefi with activity never seen before.

8. We're as committed to gaming as ever.
VulcanVerse, Berserk, Runner, Poker, and Vulcan Champions are fantastic games. We love building them, and we know you love playing them. They remain a huge part of our future.

And now they're all connected through VulcanX—the most ambitious product we've ever built. A place where simply playing well can earn you rare NFTs, weekly PYR rewards, exclusive prizes, and real value from your skill. Every game now contributes to one connected, player-first economy.

9. About Friday.
Receiving the monitoring tag hit us hard. We reacted emotionally because we felt it was deeply unfair after years of continuing to build while many others disappeared. If our frustration came across too strongly, we hope you'll understand where it came from.

10. This is only the beginning.
