@MacombRoads is keeping a close eye on the forecast. Macomb County crews will be patrolling the roads and monitoring conditions starting early this evening and will be working to keep the roads as safe as possible.

Crews have been working today on cleanup and applying salt at entrances, intersections and steep areas on township subdivision roads. Our goal is to get through as many as possible before this weekend’s anticipated winter weather will have us back on our primary routes.

Crews have been patrolling and treating all routes since early this afternoon to keep the roads as safe as possible. We will stagger and dispatch drivers appropriately to ensure the roadways are treated throughout the duration of the storm.
