@RobOakeshott1 I think the Parliamentary Budget office was the most significant reform to Commonwealth institutions in the last 15 years. Unfortunately, there was little competition. Many other changes have been bigger – but bad – so they don’t count as reforms
Why is policy reform not happening? The biggest problem may be our corroding institutions. My discussion w Martin Parkinson for @PaulBarclay on @RadioNational https://t.co/YLBOmshtRS
@GrattanInst@stephenjduckett Congratulations to @stephenjduckett on his enormous contribution to @GrattanInst and Australian health policy. We are all better off thanks to his tireless advocacy for a better health system. It was an education - and a lot of fun - to work with him for a decade.
@stephenjduckett has announced he's moving on after a decade of enormous contributions to @GrattanInst and Australian health policy. He's been a fantastic colleague, a great friend, and a champion in every way for a better Australia. Best of luck, Stephen! https://t.co/g7p3oBO3hi

Here's how AstraZeneca uptake varies from a per capita share in each state and territory.
NSW has the strongest AZ uptake in the country, the ACT is just behind, and Victoria is also using more than its population share.
Remember there's no major supply issue with AZ.
A great discussion with @blakelygmail about the how institutional decline in Australia is different - and sometimes similar - to the US: https://t.co/apQLML5c66
