I vow to continue posting premium content every day no matter how meager my ration of Likes. For truly I tell you, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a verified account to enter the kingdom of Poster's Heaven.
@PDWolves Even more satisfying for those of us who never got swept up in the knee-jerk "Jimmy is a winner, KAT is a loser" narrative!

The real killer in this Jimmy reckoning is that heโd choose Bam ๐ฏ times out of 100 over KAT, and we just paid out a big draft pick to double down on Towns instead of rebuilding with a clean slate. Scary times.
@JaceFrederick It's not just that they miss, the looks they're getting are so bad that most aren't even landing anywhere on the rim. Not even giving themselves a chance to accidentally have one bounce in.
@jacobcarter622 Oh damn, really got me. The answer is that I have, apart from occasionally popping back over to encourage good posters to make the switch. You can feel free to stay here.
@SamuelHBlack It's just surprising to me that there's been a more concerted effort to move by, like, the sports community.
I'm not sure we'd fix anything by killing this site, but the fact that it would be costly and personally embarrassing to America's foremost transphobe is reason enough.
@RocMobile@hogelikeasandw1 You'd be totally punting on this season just to avoid the risk that Randle picks up his player option. That's such an open admission of failure that I don't think the Wolves brass would ever do it.
@RocMobile@hogelikeasandw1 I think they should try to get someone with a little more height, elite shooter so he can space the floor for Ant, and ideally a good rebounder who can help Rudy shore up the team's defensive rebounding issues. But what are the odds we could get a player like THAT?
@mettaworldwar@lastsigfig@ComputerEnjoye1@ettingermentum I appreciate the thoughtful reply, though I still think it's galaxy braining to ignore the obvious.
There are like 7 true progressives in a Congress of 435. Is it more plausible that 2 of those 7 had outlier-bad constituent services or that $20M in AIPAC spending is to blame?
@lastsigfig@ComputerEnjoye1@ettingermentum Agreed, this doesn't remotely track. I'm to believe that in congressional districts of 700K+ people, enough of them are directly interacting with their Congressional office to swing electoral outcomes? And specifically less ideological voters are doing this?
@gmanfridge@Statholesports Ok, a compromise: You win the argument that you are having, that "elbow first" isn't proper tackling form. I win the argument that I am having, which is that once you are already airborne, colliding with an extended arm will impart force more gently than with a shoulder/helmet.
@gmanfridge@Statholesports Far be it for me to disagree with a doctor, but one could argue that an extended forearm, which has mobility and therefore shock absorption, is going to impart force less violently than a shoulder or helmet, which will hit the QB full force all at once.
@MNewhouse73 Further devil's advocate: the "dirty" forearm allowed for shock absorption whereas a shoulder/helmet would have delivered the full blow with way more force.
