KEEPING THE LEGS MOVING. Day 18 of running the entire length of the UK.

Not going to sit here and pretend I made a huge difference in progress today but was nice to get out for a few miles after the marathon yesterday. Legs felt very heavy this morning and I know myself I didn’t refuel enough last night but with 2 20+ milers back to back coming up I felt today i couldn’t have a rest day.

To be honest I’m gutted in myself today, cutting it fine with the 50 days mark I set myself for the challenge and now we only have 3-4 days I can use for rest/lower mileage days. Parents are coming again this weekend so I know the spike of motivation will come back soon, my mindset hasn’t changed I WILL do this challenge, just need to get my finger out and get my head down tomorrow.
